| 1. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $300.00 is required to mark the puppy as sold. The balance is due by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age. If your puppy is 6 weeks at the time of purchase payment in full is required. If this is an issue please discuss this with me. Payment options are available, but must be arranged prior to purchase. The puppy of your choice will be marked pending and your deposit must be received within 72 hours with a signed puppy contract. I will accept Pay-pal for those wanting to use a credit card and will immediately place your puppy as adopted. Please contact me for details before submitting payment to ensure puppy availability. There is a 4% fee to use this service. 2. All puppies are adopted as pets with LIMITED AKC registration. This means that they are registered with AKC, but none of their offspring will be. If you are interested in breeding this must be discussed prior to purchase. This is determined on an individual basis. There are no exceptions to this policy. You must discuss your intentions for FULL AKC REGISTRATION prior to purchase. No exceptions will be made for FULL AKC after the fact. This is not because I want to stop anyone else from breeding; it is so I know exactly what your intentions are with my babies. My intent is to place all of our babies in forever PET homes. 3. By purchasing a Toy Schnauzer Xing puppy you agree to NEVER place this fur baby in a shelter. Your baby will ALWAYS have a home here or I will place them in a pet home. You also agree to give this baby no less than 20 kisses and loves daily and maybe even a bed next to you, if your husband doesn’t find out too soon. 4. We provide a comprehensive puppy care package; which includes everyhthing you will need to care for your puppy in their new home. Our care package includes: 1st Revolution treatment (parasite/heartworm), toys, food your baby is currently eating, dish, collar, bell to keep track of your little one, blankie, first grooming w/ ears cleaned, nails trimed & sanitary groom on their belly & bottoms, all necessary paper work, vaccination record, vet check, & my personal 24/7 support. Your puppy is raised in my home; not a kennel!! 5. Tails are docked and dewclaws are removed between 3 and 5 days of age. I do not offer ear cropping, but can refer you to a local veterinarian who provides this service and has cropped all of my dogs’ ears. 6. Age appropriate vaccines will be given and worming as recommended by my veterinarian. Rabies should not be given until the puppy is 16 weeks of age. If Rabies is given prior to 16 weeks of age, regardless of what your vet recommends, your warranty will be void. 7. Your puppy must be picked up no later than 8 weeks of age or there is an additional charge of $15.00 per day. If shots are required during this extended stay buyer will be responsible for their cost. If it is determined by the breeder that the puppy must remain here, due to puppies size, there will be no additional charges for daily care or shots that are required. 8. Shipping is available: your baby must be 8 weeks of age before he/she can be shipped. I prefer Continental Airlines Pet Safe Program. Shipping is in addition to the price of the puppy and must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age. Shipping with Continental is $300.00 as long as your puppy is less than 10 pounds, including crate and food, at time of shipping. Health certificate is also included in this price. Additional charges may apply if puppy is heavier. 9. All puppies come with a 3 year genetic guarantee that is given when the puppy is delivered. If you would like to see the guarantee just ask. 11. There are no guarantees implied or inferred as to size, show quality, breeding ability, or dispositon of your puppy. I will give you the true size of the parents to help to estimate their size. A better judgment can be made when puppies are 6 wks. or older. If a puppy is sold as a toy and it is later determined that said puppy is actually a t-cup, you will not pay the higher price. 12. If you have purchased your puppy as a pet a spay/neuter signed contract will be required. Your AKC registration papers will be held until proof is provided that this has occurred. Spaying/neutering your puppy is recommended and should be done by 5-8 months of age. 13. All puppies will come to you pre-spoiled, groomed, and well socialized. They are imprinted with the human touch from the day they are born. I am present at every birth to ensure this. They will also be kid friendly, as I have 3 to help with this. |
